Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver personalized physical therapy care in patients' homes, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Key responsibilities include administering treatment plans, performing manual therapeutic exercises, applying modalities such as massage and electrical stimulation, documenting patient records, and attending departmental meetings. Qualifications required are an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and CPR certification. Preferred candidates have at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant and a comprehensive understanding of geriatric patient needs. Skills needed include teamwork, infection control, and knowledge of biological and emotional changes in older adults.
