Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions in the patient's home
• Aid patients with ADL retraining, functional mobility, adaptive equipment use, and home safety strategies
• Complete visit documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate patient progress and clinical concerns to the supervising OT
• Participate in care coordination with the clinical team

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts COTA license (or OTA license) in good standing
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapist assistant program
• NBCOT certification required (or eligibility)
• 1+ year of home health or outpatient/rehab experience preferred; strong new grads considered
• CPR/BLS certification (Healthcare Provider level)
• Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Available for at least 2–4 visits per week (flexible on timing)

Pay

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule

True Flexibility: No quotas. Tell us your availability; we match the visits.

Direct Access: Work directly with the OT and Director of Nursing, not layers of management.

Transparent Pay: Published per-visit rates ($55–$65) plus travel reimbursement.
