What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Engage pediatric patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to promote participation and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Who We’re Looking For
- Active COTA certification and valid Texas state license.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
- Energetic, patient-centered professional comfortable working in home settings.
Patient Population
- Children (ages 0–21) with diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, cerebral palsy, and fine/gross motor challenges.

Physical Requirements
- Maintain various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting) for extended periods.
- Walk and run for extended periods.
- Transition independently from sitting to standing.
- Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans.
- Lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Transfer, position, and transport patients and adaptive equipment.
- Read written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper.
- Perform data collection using electronic devices.
Compensation
$40-$50/hr. | Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
