We're looking for experienced home health Occupational Therapists (OTs) or those transitioning from outpatient or SNF settings to help patients achieve independence in their own homes with unparalleled flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy care, performing in-home assessments to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety.
- Develop adaptive strategies and personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily tasks.
- Manage your visits by scheduling and conducting patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's plan of care.
Requirements
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- Driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Physical and TB test (within the last year).
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable).
Where You'll Be Working
We are seeking a home health clinician for a diverse territory spanning from the South Bay (Manhattan Beach, Torrance) to South Central LA (Compton, Huntington Park). This role offers geographic flexibility, allowing you to focus on preferred neighborhoods or explore adjacent areas that fit your commute.
