We are expanding outside of California and bringing our clinician-first platform to Arizona, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our growing network in Maricopa County. Responsibilities
- Provide Skilled Home Care: Deliver individualized occupational therapy services, including evaluations and treatments, in the patient's home.
- Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on functional strengthening, gait training, ADL retraining, balance, and fall risk reduction to help patients achieve independence.
- Report & Collaborate on Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and maintain accurate records for coordinated care.
- Manage Your Caseload: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on personal availability and the patient's plan of care.
- Document Efficiently: Use a simple EMR system for all notes, with tools available to minimize documentation time.
Requirements
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy professional license.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Physical and TB test (within the last year).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Business license (if applicable).
Where You'll Be Working
Join our inaugural Arizona team and help establish our footprint across the Phoenix metropolitan area. This role offers geographic flexibility, allowing you to choose routes based on preference—whether in the East Valley, West Valley, or North of the area. Coverage spans scenic mountain backdrops, rapidly growing communities, and diverse neighborhoods.
You will be part of a dynamic, diverse community. Spanish proficiency is a major asset for connecting with patients but is not required.
Locations include Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale, Gilbert, Peoria, Tempe, Surprise, Avondale, and surrounding communities.
