Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Medicare-certified home healthcare agency looking for experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our teams in the Lynn and Boston areas.

About the role

This is a per diem position with flexible hours and visit work schedules. Clinicians can choose their preferred geographical area for home care visits.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to determine the level of functioning.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes that are legible, accurate, and complete, submitting them in a timely manner according to agency policy.
• Develop and revise the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care team members.
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness and outcomes of care.

Requirements

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance coverage.
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Good clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate demeanor.

Pay

• $55–$85 per visit (routine/eval visits).
• $55.00 - $65.00 per hour.
