About the role
Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing, focusing on one patient per shift rather than multiple patients per visit.
Responsibilities
- Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Auxiliary in activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Active LVN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.

Schedule
Full-Time 30+ hours / Part-Time 29+ hours
Saturday and Sunday
2p-10pm
Pay
Full-time: $500.00
Part-time: $375.00 minimum of 20 hours a week
Qualifications
