Job Description
Captures the total Plan of Care for the patient in the Home Care setting, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates. Leads the Health Care team by collaborating with other team members to maintain professional nursing standards.
Education And Credentials
- Graduate of accredited School of Registered Nursing
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in NYS
- Valid NYS drivers license
Experience
- One (1) year medical/surgical experience as a RN
