Seeking Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) in McKinney, TX and surrounding areas. New grads are welcome! At this role, you will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, administering medications, feedings, and treatments per physician plans, maintaining compliance through real-time charting. You will build professional relationships with patients and families, assist with in-home assessments, and coordinate care with clinical leadership.
