Home Health Nurse

Job Summary

Searching for Caring and Dedicated LPN/RN’s to provide 1:1 care in clients' homes. Flexible scheduling available in the morning or afternoon, part-time or full-time positions. PTO, free CEUs, health care benefits, IRA contribution, and new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care in client's homes
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and report on client's health status
• Follow up with healthcare providers as needed

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an LPN or RN
• Experience in home health care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of home health care practices
