About the role
A flexible opportunity to provide 1:1 care in clients' homes in the Walker/Akeley area. Scheduling is flexible, allowing shifts such as 7a-5p, 5p-10p, or 7a-10pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive home health care services
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LPN or RN
- Experience in home health care preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing compassionate care
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems
- Knowledge of home health care procedures
