Home Health Market Executive of Operations
Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations within the assigned market ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies
- Develop strategic plans and budgets for market growth and operational efficiency
- Review and analyze market conditions, business volume, and competitor activities
- Cook up accounts receivable activities with the Business Service Center
- Partner with sales and clinical teams to achieve branch growth and meet quality metrics
- Oversee the referral and pre-authorization process, as needed
- Fill in for the Branch Director when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in clinical, healthcare administration or business related field required
- 3 years of experience in a Branch Director role
- 8+ years of experience with multi-site healthcare operations preferred
- RN and/or Clinician licensure is preferred
- Experience with EMR and/or HIM Systems
