About the role

Provide high-quality home health nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and implementing treatments such as IV therapy and catheter care.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 6 months clinical experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
• Professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to quality care.
