Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Provide direct patient care in a home health setting. Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, administer medications, and educate patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and needs
• Develop and implement care plans
• Administer prescribed medications
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management
• Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current California RN license
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience
• Experience in home health or related field preferred

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of home health regulations and standards

Pay
