Our team is growing and seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle - Home Health On Site (Houston, TX 77081). The Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire revenue cycle process. This role involves managing billing, collections, coding, and financial operations to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services provided. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on home health care regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the daily operations of the entire revenue cycle process, including patient intake, coding, billing, collections, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce days in accounts receivable.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure agency adherence to federal, state, and local regulations related to home health care billing and reimbursement. Stay current with industry changes and updates to maintain compliance and avoid penalties.
