About the Role

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical operations within a home health setting, leading a team of clinicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. The role involves reviewing referrals, guiding clinical decision-making, supporting staff development, and coordinating communication among healthcare professionals. The Clinical Manager also participates in quality improvement, data tracking, budgeting, and community outreach, while providing limited direct patient care when necessary. Acting as a point of contact, they ensure seamless care delivery and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and staff supervision
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation standards
• Review referrals and guide clinical decision-making
• Support staff development and coordinate communication among healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement and data tracking
• Assist with budgeting and community outreach
• Provide limited direct patient care when necessary

Requirements

• Current RN license
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least two years of nursing experience, including one year in a management role in home care or similar environments
