Home Health Clinical Manager

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations in a home health setting, leading a team of clinicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will manage patient care delivery, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, referral reviews, and coordination among healthcare providers. Additionally, you will support clinical staff through education, goal-setting, and performance evaluations while maintaining documentation quality and monitoring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical team and oversee patient care and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and billing standards
• Support staff development and performance management
• Coordinate care and communication among healthcare stakeholders
• Participate in quality improvement, budgeting, and community engagement initiatives
• Provide limited direct patient care when needed
• Serve as acting Branch Director in their absence

Requirements

• Current state RN license and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• At least two years of nursing experience with one year in management within home care or similar environments
