About the role

Meadowlark is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed
• Provide medication reminders and administration as directed by healthcare providers
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of living environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to handle sensitive situations

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures
