Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting
- Aid with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Offer transportation to appointments and errands, as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring comfort and care for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with the care team to implement comprehensive care plans
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Companion experience preferred
- Passion for providing care and compassion to adults in their home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
