Position Details: - 24-hour case requiring daily coverage - Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available - Consistent schedule with dependable hours - Competitive pay - Supportive office staff and ongoing communication Responsibilities - Assist with personal care and activities of daily living - Meal preparation and light housekeeping - Medication reminders - Companionship and emotional support - Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Qualifications - Caregiving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate - CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiving experience encouraged - Reliable transportation - Dependable, compassionate, and professional - Ability to pass required background screening Compensation $17.00 - $18.00 per hour About the Role At Independence Home Health, we desire to provide quality professional medical care while emphasizing the importance of individual freedom.
