Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant and have the unique privilege of providing compassionate, 1-on-1 care to our home health and hospice clients throughout Portage, Michigan, and the surrounding communities. Supported by our Troy parent agency, you will build meaningful relationships and foster a truly healing environment for those who need it most.

Requirements

• State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (current)
• High school graduate or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 6 months of home health or hospice CNA experience or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment, including medical and recreational marijuana
