About Alvita Care

Alvita Care is a mission‑driven Home Healthcare & Personal Care Agency with four branches and over 500 caregivers. The agency specializes in In‑Home Personal Care, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management, and holds The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. All clients are private‑pay (no Medicare/Medicaid). Alvita Care offers both private‑duty one‑on‑one cases and facility‑based care.

Qualifications

• Certified New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable, professional, and patient‑centered attitude
• Discreet and professional in all communications, written and verbal
• Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willingness to obtain them)
• Prior home‑care experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases

Pay

Schedule

• Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours
• Both weekdays and weekends are available
• Per‑diem assignments with part‑time and full‑time options
• Cases available in Bayville and surrounding Nassau County communities
