About the role

We serve seniors, adults with disabilities over the age of 18, provide post‑hospital/rehab support, offer respite care for families, and support adults needing wellness support. Work takes place in clients’ homes, with assignments varying based on your availability and ability to travel. The position is available full‑time or part‑time with flexible hours.

Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
- Incontinence care and mobility support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Errands and transportation
- Medication reminders
- Care documentation
Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
