Home Health Aide PRN

About the Role

Home Health Aid PRN with short four-hour shifts, including two weekend shifts per month. These shifts involve escorting residents in our skilled nursing and assisted living facilities to doctors' appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and related services to residents in their home, including companionship, assistance with grooming and bathing, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
• Follow the plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Requirements

• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
• Understand basics of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Completion of 75 hours of training, including an introduction to personal care services.
• Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process (Florida Clearinghouse).

Pay

USD $17.06 - USD $20.01 per hour.
