Responsibilities

• Duties vary by client and shift.
• Care is tailored to each client's individual needs and care plan.

• Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)

• Incontinence care and mobility support

• Companionship and emotional support

• Meal planning and preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Errands and transportation

• Medication reminders

• Care documentation

Qualifications

• Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (**must be completed within one week of hire**)

• Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
