Home Health Aide (Oakmont)

About the role

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults at our Oakmont community. As a Community Care Aide, you will provide assistance to our participants who are residing in a room where we provide around the clock care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, toileting, dressing
• Providing support and companionship to residents
• Ensuring safety and comfort of residents

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Caregiving experience highly preferred

• Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
