We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients in Johnsonburg, PA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients.
Our work takes place in clients’ homes; client assignments and exact locations vary based on your availability and ability to travel.
We serve seniors, adults with disabilities over the age of 18, post‑hospital/rehab support, families needing respite care, and adults needing wellness support.
Position available full‑time or part‑time with flexible hours based on your availability.
Responsibilities
Duties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan.
- Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
- Incontinence care and mobility support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Errands and transportation
- Medication reminders
- Care documentation
Qualifications
- Two‑step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X‑ray
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
