AccordCare is seeking experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes in Pembroke Pines, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to the client’s Plan of Care
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Take vital signs and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards

Requirements

• Home Health Aide certificate required
• CPR certification (in-person only)
• Negative TB test or negative QuantiFERON blood test
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and drug screen
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

This role requires a screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
