Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Assist with eating and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Follow client care plans and agency policies
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Caregiver must be compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
- Previous home care experience preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay: $18 - $22 per hour
