Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.)
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion
- Maintain patient safety needs and use medical equipment safely
- Perform skin care to prevent tissue breakdown
- Take vital signs
Requirements
- Valid California HHA License
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover a 15–25 mile radius
- At least 1 year of HHA or caregiving experience
- First Aid and CPR certification
- High school diploma
Skills
- Proven experience as a home health aide
- Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Caring and compassionate personality
Pay & Benefits
- $28–$33/hr DOE
