Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency serving New York State including Dutchess County.

Responsibilities

- Provide 1-on-1 care to individuals in the community. - Work in various settings with certified care professionals. - Accept flexible shifts based on availability.

Requirements

- Possess a valid New York State HHA Certificate. - Provide proof of current flu vaccination. - Provide proof of MMR vaccination, including reference ranges. - Have an annual physical from the past 365 days, stamped and signed by a physician. - Provide tuberculosis status, either through a Quantiferon blood draw within 9 months or two PPD tests, one within 30 days and one within 365 days. If positive, provide a chest X-ray from within 5 years or a doctor's note.
