Responsibilities
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- S supporting care plans developed by skilled nurses and therapists
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the child’s condition
- Providing comfort, companionship, and emotional support
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing care environment
- Accurate and timely documentation per agency, Insurance and CHAP standards
Requirements
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Experienced candidates preferred
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to follow skilled nursing care plans
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism
