About the role
Family Pillars is a growing home care agency committed to providing compassionate, reliable care to seniors and adults in need of support. We are expanding across multiple counties and are looking for dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Aid in bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment
Requirements
- HHA Certificate or CNA License (required)
- CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and professionally
