Home Health Aide (HHA)

Key Responsibilities

• Aid with personal care tasks such as grooming, toileting, and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and errands.
• Monitor residents' health changes and promptly report to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for residents.
• Document services provided and communicate with care teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (state-specific).
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• One year of home care experience (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Patient, adaptable, and strong interpersonal skills.
