Position Overview

As a Home Health Aide you will provide unskilled services tailored to each client’s needs, following individualized care plans all in a comfortable home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
• Follow individualized plans of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor patient condition and document progress
• Maintain patient safety
• Communicate changes with clinical care team

Qualifications

• Proof of training OR we can also train you if you do not have training
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay

Competitive home care pay $15-$22 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

• Flexible options: full-time, part-time, or as needed
