Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for seniors to live safely at home.
• Absorb and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Remind clients of medications, document their condition, and report any concerns to a supervisor.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities that bring joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

Requirements

• Certification of training in Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or State Nurse Assistant (STNA) registration in Ohio.
• At least 12 months of hands-on personal care in a supervised setting.
• Valid Ohio driver's license, auto insurance, and own transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
