Home Health Aide - HHA

Primary Responsibilities

Aid the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as per the client's plan of care. This includes but is not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, toileting, transferring, eating, and continence care.

Assist with medication administration, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, transportation, and companionship.

Report daily activities to your supervisor using the agency management system and other communication methods.

Required Knowledge

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency with Homecare Company Management System (ClearCare)
