Home Health Aide Evening Shift

Schedule

Tuesday-Saturday-2pm to 10pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping/laundry
• Personal care assistance which includes bathing, personal hygiene
• Medication pass
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Qualifications

• Must be a New York State Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Recent Physical, including a drug screen, PPD, and Rubella and Rubeola Titers
• Able to arrive timely with a self-driven and positive attitude
• Able to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
