About the role
Interim HealthCare is seeking Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care services to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Help clients with daily activities such as shopping, homemaking, preparing meals, and socializing.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Adhere to good infection control practices.
- Report any changes in the client’s condition to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Possess a current Florida CNA license and/or Home Health Aide certificate.
- Have at least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Hold a valid CPR certification (not online).
- Maintain a current driver’s license.
- Provide proof of current car insurance.
- Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
