About the role
ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients' homes while supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and encouraging Recipients in their daily activities
- Helping Recipients build new skills and confidence
- Encouraging Recipients to participate in community activities
- Assisting Recipients with transportation to and from appointments
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
