About the role
Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) is a leader in the healthcare field, providing exceptional skilled nursing and aide services. Our goal is to restore each patient’s health, build their confidence, and help them lead healthier, more independent lives. We’re seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team, offering meaningful one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the comfort and safety of patients' own homes.
Responsibilities
- Performs personal care and household duties (e.g., dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home or school settings
- Maintains a clean and safe environment
- Provides emotional and behavioral support
- Follows the plan of care
- Interacts as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient’s condition to the agency or nurse case manager
Locations served: Stroudsburg, PA and surrounding areas.
Schedule
8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
