About the role
As a Home Health Aide at Nestcura Connections, you will provide compassionate in-home care to our clients, assisting them with daily activities and supporting their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical assistance)
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Document care activities and client status
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Home Health Aide certification preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility
