Job Summary
CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking two Home Health Aides to leverage AI-powered clinical documentation to reduce documentation, enhance work-life balance, and maximize patient time. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, part-time or full-time availability, competitive wages, mileage reimbursement, tuition reimbursement for degree-seeking students, and comprehensive health insurance benefits.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Assisting patients with mobility and transfers.
- Completing necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding client needs and concerns.
- Following established care plans and contributing to the development of personalized care strategies.
Job Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
- Candidates must be listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
- One year home health aide or nurse aide experience is required.
- A current CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross and compliance with state requirements are mandatory.
