Home Health Aide

Join our Nursing Services team to provide personal care and assistance to Home Care and Hospice clients across various settings. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to deliver compassionate, holistic, patient-centered care, and supporting clients' needs under supervision. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to interpret instructions, observe patient conditions, and document information accurately. Must hold a valid CHHA certification in New Jersey, possess a current driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance. Skills required are basic computer literacy, effective communication, and the ability to follow directions.
