About the role
We are seeking a Home Health Aide to provide supportive personal care and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages, tailored to their individual physical needs, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Delivering personalized care services in patients' homes across assigned areas.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Supporting patient well-being through compassionate care and homemaking tasks.
Requirements
- Education meeting certification, license, or registration requirements.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
