About the role
Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and medication management.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal hygiene tasks.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Administer prescribed medications as directed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during visits.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Previous home health care experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for providing quality care.
Skills
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Computer literacy.
