Home Health Aide - (64 hours per period)

About the role

Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal hygiene tasks.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during visits.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for providing quality care.

Skills

• Basic first aid and CPR certification.
• Computer literacy.
