The Home Furnishing Associate reports to the General Manager and is part of the Retail Performance team, guiding customers to create personalized living spaces and find the perfect sleep system, with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, learn their motivation, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Present and discuss home furnishing product options based on client discovery of lifestyle, needs, and goals during sales consultation.
• Utilize sales and upselling techniques.
• Market new sales, special events, and financing options.
• Assist customers with financing, purchasing, delivery, and achieving ultimate satisfaction.
• Increase product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Physical requirements such as extended periods of standing may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and/or electronically.
• Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.
• Flexible work schedule, which may include nights and weekends.

Pay

Income is directly tied to performance; the role is 100% commission‑based with uncapped earning potential, and most associates earn between $70,000 and $100,000 annually.
