Responsibilities
- Manage CDL drivers in West Coast States
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Handle dispatching and scheduling tasks
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients
Requirements
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
- At least 2 years of relevant driving experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, or related field
- Experience in fleet management or similar roles
- Knowledge of West Coast State roadways and traffic patterns
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
