Responsibilities

• Manage candidate outreach and scheduling
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
• Prepare and present candidates to hiring managers
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of industry best practices in recruiting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
