Posting Date 08/20/2026 8803 N Meridian StSuite 150, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46260, United States of America As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you will be providing education on peritoneal dialysis (PD) to your patients and their care partners in a clinical setting, which then allows them to dialyze from home. This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management. What You Can Expect Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care for dialysis treatments at homeManage a caseload of PD patients, including assessments and care planningMonitor treatment progress and conduct home site visits - mileage compensation providedCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomesMonday through Friday scheduling, 8 hour shifts - no on-call, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts.
