Home Dialysis RN
Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care for dialysis treatments at home
Manage a caseload of PD patients, including assessments and care planning
Monitor treatment progress and conduct home site visits - mileage compensation provided
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
Monday through Friday scheduling, 8 hour shifts - no on-call, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana - minimum of 12 months of RN experience required
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence
- ADN from accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
